A Holland Automotive service is more than draining the oil and sending the vehicle back out the door. We drain the engine oil, replace the engine oil filter and sump plug washer where applicable, then refill the engine with oil that meets the correct specification for that vehicle.
While the vehicle is on the hoist we inspect the front brakes; check, clean and adjust rear brakes where required; inspect tyres and set pressures; check steering, suspension, CV and rubber boots, brake lines and hoses, fuel lines, shock absorbers, mounts, exhaust and the underside of the vehicle. We check the cooling system for leaks, fluid levels, transmission and differential oils where applicable, drive belts, battery and terminals, exterior lights, air filter, cabin filter, ignition components where accessible, and visible oil, coolant or fluid leaks.
We record what we find and explain what needs attention now, what should be planned, and what can continue to be monitored. Additional repairs are not carried out without approval. A WoF can be added to a full service for the current workshop add-on price.
Vehicle condition, access, seized components, parts availability and the confirmed fault can change the work required. We explain material changes before proceeding.
